Philosophy
74 Concept is an architectural practice based in Pretoria. We work with developers, corporates and institutional clients on projects that make commercial sense and sit comfortably in their context.
Our approach is practical rather than doctrinal. Each project starts with the brief, the site and the numbers. From that discipline we develop a contemporary architectural language — quietly assured, well made and built to perform for the people who use it and the people who own it.
We take projects the whole way — concept design, planning, documentation, coordination with the wider consultant team, and construction support through to close-out.
